Mailerati gives your agent an email address and a console for observing activity and approving actions as needed.
TL;DR: We hold only what is needed to run your agent's inbox. Your data is private and yours, encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data, and will only contact you about the Mailerati service itself.
What data is required to use the service
- Your email address. The only identity we keep: no name, no password, no profile. Your agent supplies it when it activates, and a six-digit code sent to that address proves it is yours.
- Your domain, if you bring one. The subdomain you delegate to us and the mail records we write into it.
- Your agent's mail. Copies of the email received and sent from the agent's inbox, encrypted at rest.
- The inbox's settings. Its address, its plan, its send protection status, its connection link.
The connection link
Your inbox has one address your agent uses to reach it: the connection URL. The URL is the credential. Anyone who has it can use the inbox, so keep it private. You can replace it at any time from the console, and the old one stops working immediately.
What we never do
No email trackers, no advertising, no selling, no profiling. We do not train models on your data.
Who else touches it
- Google Cloud. Our database and this site run on Google Cloud, in the United States.
- Mailgun, a Sinch company. Every message in or out passes through Mailgun's routing. Their copies are short-lived: message bodies up to 7 days, delivery logs up to 30 days.
Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time from inside the dashboard or by emailing hello@mailerati.com from your registered email address.
EU and UK users
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email hello@mailerati.com.
If this page changes
If we change what we hold, we change this page and move the date at the top.
